give authority to Aurora DriveAway to drive my vehicle from [pick-up location] and deliver it to [drop-off location], along with my personal belongings. All items inside the vehicle are “ONLY returning Canadian purchased goods.” These items are:

• Clothes and personal effects

• Children’s toys

• A bicycle

I understand and agree that there are no U.S.A. purchased goods in the vehicle. If any U.S.A. purchased goods are in my vehicle I am liable for any costs due, and/or Canada Customs (delay, duties, taxes, etc.).

I have already returned to Canada (flying) after vacationing in the U.S.A. I have made no updgrades or repairs to my vehicles during my stay in the USA.

I do here authorize Canada Border Services Agency to inspect my vehicle.
