Where/when do you pick up my car?
Car pick-ups can be arranged anywhere that is convenient to you. Sometimes it is at your home, other times we pick up vehicles from car dealerships, airports, or trusted friends.
Where/when do you drop off my car?
The same as pick-ups: anywhere you want. We’ll give you an estimated drop-off time the day before.
What’s the time frame for a delivery?
As a rough estimate, we travel between 450-550 miles per day. We always try to accommodate your schedule to have your vehicle delivered on time. Should any unforseen delay arise that affects drop-off time, we will update you accordingly.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, wire transfer, and PayPal. We require a deposit upon booking to begin making arrangements and the remainder of the balance within one week of drop-off.
What happens with my personal belongings in the car?
Your personal belongings can stay in the vehicle throughout the journey. We will need an itemized list if the delivery will be crossing the border.
